Her cakes are always fresh and moist. She does great at making ideas into realities... Her cake for my college graduation was clever and fun. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a good buttercream decorated cake.

I placed an order for a cake with a picture of an logo from my boyfriends' website. I contacted Sandra via email and she was very quick to respond. Picked the cake up today and it was awesome! It looked exactly like the logo...it was perfect! The cake was very moist and fresh and tasted delicious. It was the hit of the party....:) I am so glad that I found this site on the net.....I would suggest The Cake Lady, Sandra Hile to anyone that is lookin for a special cake to be made. I can assure you, you will not be let down!
We asked the cake lady to provide the chocolate fountain for my wedding. She had promised to provide chocolate for 250 people with five dipping items. She had promised to decorate the table to match the colors of the wedding. She had promised fresh fruits and cookies. Even though the fruits were fresh, she cut and prepared them right in front of the wedding guest. The cookies were store bought. There was not enough dipping items for all the guest, and many of the guest complained that she told them that they were eating too much chocolate. The two fountains that were paid for and she said we needed for that many people, did not run, so the line was long. She told us that we would need 2 fountains for the number of guest we were going to have. She had almost completely run out of chocolate by the time the wedding party even got there. She made a mess and did not clean it up. She was to provide attractive containers for the dipping items. They were cheap plastic and used our containers we had planned for other things for your items. She didn't stay the two hours she was paid for. She left after an hour. I would not recommend her to anyone. She was not worth the $600 we paid her. Totally unprepared and unprofessional. I feel as though we were taken advantage of.
