I purchased 90K mileage rated MasterCraft tires to replace the Uniroyal Tiger Paws on my 2009 Toyota Prius. The old tires were not causing any problems at just over 40K miles on them, but a couple were worn down to the tread wear indicator bars, so I decided to replace all 4 before winter. The day Best One Tire in Mt. Vernon, Indiana, installed the new tires, the low tire pressure warning light came on by the time I drove home (15 miles away). I found 3 of the tires had low pressure and aired them up to 36 psi. The next day the light came on again. I checked pressures and added air again. 2 days later same scenario. I called and brought the car back in to Best One to get the issue resolved. They checked for leaks and didn't find any. They replaced the cores in the valve stems and sent me on my way to work at 10:30 a.m. When I left work at 4:15 p.m. the front passenger tire was flat and on the rim. I eventually got it aired up and drove my other car. Today same tire flat (only showing 8 - 10 psi). Brought car in at 8:30 a.m. Told that tpm (tire pressure monitor) sensor is bad at 9:45. They brought the front wheel and tire in and showed me it bubbling (leaking) around valve stem. Didn't catch that yesterday? (!!!) $$$ for sensor replacement. Never had tire pressure issues with the old tires, and rarely had to adjust pressures in them (maybe once in a month or two). Magical coincidence that sesnsor went bad the very day they installed new tires and that it didn't leak when they "checked" everything during my second trip in, or NOT??? I overheard their manager tell at least three other customers in person or on phone that they needed tire pressure monitor sensor(s) replaced while waiting in the customer area for the new sensor to be installed. Very suspicious of, and displeased with service from this business, and would urge others to avoid it. Hopefully after three trips into their shop & missing time at work for two days, I won't have to continue airing up my new tires everytime I get in my car!
Great service will definitely go back
Quality parts/service at a fair price.
Luke took care of my problem
